In 1957 the property was occupied by Charles Maund Cadillac. In 1968 the Property was sold to McMorris Ford. McMorris Ford extensively renovated the Property. The site was operated as a car dealership until 1993 when it was purchased by Whit Hanks who transformed the industrial facility into a retail center. Around this time the property underwent significant exterior modifications which obscured and removed much of the historical features. 1214 W 6th Street in 2024 No Longer has the Historic Features of the Original Structure The building has undergone major exterior modifications since it was built in 1951. Renovations were performed circa 1995. It is suspected to have been built after 1993 when the property was purchased by Whit Hanks and converted from an auto dealership into a retail shopping center with second floor offices.
