There is visible evidence of foundation deficiencies along with visible evidence of termite infestation. The siding on the front of the house is not original and has been replaced with Hardie cement siding. There have been many changes to the original house that are not congruent with the original architecture. It would be cost prohibitive to save this structure in its current condition.
