We support the demolition of the current structure as it is not sound and safe. We are very familiar with soil movement in the area and it is evident the current structure is highly affected. I considered purchasing the property and have been in the home. Due to the vacancy for so long, it would be challenging to remedy to a safe and long lasting solution. We have confidence in the Haley’s commitment to creating something that reflects the history and quality of the neighborhood. We are thrilled they purchased the property and have always been the most considerate neighbors. They have gone above and beyond to help with landscaping when the city made changes to our street and their current home is maintained honored the history of the neighborhood.
