THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROPERLY PROTECT THE OWNER'S WORK AND PROPERTY AND ANY ADJOINING PROPERTY FROM ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY HIS WORK OR WORKMEN AND MUST BE MADE WITHOUT DELAY.
