Given the house’s contributing status in the Old West Austin National Register Historic District, its unique Mid Century Modernist architecture, its architect, its original condition and integrity, its association with two generations of the O’Quinn family, their contributions to Austin and the state, and unique landscape features, I think that it should be an Austin Landmark.
