My family has been residing at 4002 Ave H for close to 20 years and we are in support of Lisa and Joe Beaman’s project. As new neighbors they have been considerate about the impact of their changes on our property contacting us in advance of work, expressing and demonstrating willingness to compromise and collaborate with us. The improvements I have seen so far, both inside and out, are sensitive to the historic nature and aesthetic of our neighborhood. I’ve been very impressed.
