It is a simple brick structure that borders Waller Creek. The brick detailing is simple and understated but maintains the historic fabric of 6th Street. Proposed work: North Elevation: (Off 6th Street) The proposed renovations to the property will maintain its use as a restaurant. The proposal suggests adding a new metal awning to this building, as in the 1970s photo. This proposal also includes repairing and repointing the existing brick wall as needed and maintaining the existing lighting on the storefront. The proposed design includes replacing the existing storefront. This proposal also suggests relocating the electrical meter and breaker box if possible. E ND 1 of 1
