The proposal suggests keeping as much historical detailing as possible while removing non-original additions. This proposal also includes repairing and repointing the existing brick wall as needed and repairing the existing entry stair. The proposed design includes replacing the existing storefront to fit within the existing masonry openings and repainting the existing gates on the front façade.
