While the proposed addition is somewhat compatible, proposed changes to the main house would preclude future designation and render the building noncontributing to the National Register district and any future local district. 21. If the Commission chooses not to postpone, encourage rehabilitation and adaptive reuse, then relocation over demolition, but release the permit upon completion of a City of Austin Documentation Package. 22.
