APPROVAL OF MINUTES May 4, 2022 MOTION: Approval of minutes on a motion by Commissioner Heimsath. Commissioner Valenzuela seconded the motion. Vote: 2-0. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION A. C. 1  Timing of commission presentation • • Invite working group members to co-present in September Possibly schedule workshop with commissioners and working group members  Update on outreach and engagement strategies ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Adjourn the meeting on a motion by Commissioner Heimsath. Commissioner Valenzuela seconded the motion. Vote: 2-0. The City of Austin is committed to compliance with the American with Disabilities Act.
