I do not doubt that this home has no significance for the current owner, but given its provenance with regard to Architect and inclusion in the “air conditioned village” it would certainly have value to many other potential homeowners. It would be a terrible shame to lose this home and introduce a new house which is most likely over-scaled within its context.
