APPROVAL OF MINUTES April 21, 2021 May 7, 2021 MOTION: Approve meeting minutes from April 21 and May 7 on a motion by Heimsath, Valenzuela seconds. Vote: 2-0 (Myers absent). DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION A. Discuss Preservation Plan Working Group applications  Review objectives and discussion agreements  Overview of evaluation process and quorum considerations Commissioner Myers joined the meeting.  Role of Preservation Plan Committee  Local residency, geographic distribution, and unique perspectives Recommend Preservation Plan Working Group member list to the Historic Landmark Commission B.   MOTION: Adjourn by Valenzuela, Heimsath seconds.
