Over the many years and past owners of 1308 Alta Vista we can say we are truly excited about our new neighbors and their plans to improve their new home We have recently been unanimously approved for Historic Zoning on our property at 1304 and are familiar with the Historic Zoning process and feel the improvements of the applicants should not even be in question relative to preservation concerns After walking the property and reviewing the plans on remodeling 1308 in some detail we strongly believe these changes will do nothing but improve the Travis Heights Community and preserve the Historic nature of this home for generations to come.
