The timeline imposed by the Building and Standards Commission is of concern in terms of the ability to take the proper care in moving forward. Staff Recommendation: Approve the scope of work for deconstruction; require regular submission of specified deliverables to Historic Preservation Office staff and the Historic Landmark Commission, with ongoing consultation as work progresses; and require finalization and execution of restrictive covenants regarding the reconstruction timeline before physical work commences.
