Thank you so much for getting this on the agenda! The increase in crime we have seen around campus in the past few months is unbelievable. The residents do not feel safe and we would like to fence off the perimeter of the property to insure their safety. Attached is a site plan w/ the proposed fencing outlined. Also below are examples photos of the proposed fencing. If you have any initial feedback I am all ears. I would like to get this through HLC this month so that we can install the fence right away. Steck House is a meticulously maintained property and will remain so. We are just very concerned about crime in the area and would like to secure the premises as soon as possible.
