Our only concern is that both projects will make extensive us of our alley during construction. It is in poor condition as it is and this additional wear and tear will only make it worse. Also, it is a narrow alley and they will each need to take care not to block access to those of us who use it as our garage (and the garages of several neighbors) face out onto the alley.
