My address is 1211 W 9th St, where I have lived since 1999. The applicant, Kevin Sims, is my immediate neighbor to the west. I am very excited by the improvements that Kevin is proposing for 1215 W 9th St, which are long overdue. I, along with my family, am in full support of his plans.
