Feedback on list of potential educational and outreach materials • Recommendation that materials from other departments reflect preservation good practices • Request to develop use cases and user personas to identify gaps in existing materials • Discussion of proactive outreach out to historic property owners about historic review requirements and good practices (e.g., via real estate agents) 4.
