THIS MEETING IS LIMITED TO 90 MINUTES. PLEASE MAKE PRESENTATIONS AS BRIEF AS POSSIBLE (Consider 5-6 minutes) SO THAT ALL APPLICANTS MAY HAVE THE CHANCE TO PRESENT TO AND RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS. Community members will be allowed to listen to the meeting via telephone but do not participate in the meeting. This is a virtual meeting; no in-person input will be allowed. All participants (applicants and others) must register in advance (no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 to be notified of the call-in number and other instructions). To listen to the Architectural Review Committee meeting, community members must: If you have submitted a request, you will receive either an email or phone call on the day • Call or email the board liaison at preservation@austintexas.gov or (512) 974-1264 no later than noon on Tuesday, September 15. Provide your name and telephone number or email address. • of the meeting with the telephone number and call-in instructions. • You must call in at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start in order to listen (no later than 12:45 p.m.).
