Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Hispanic/Latino Quality of Life Resource Advisory Commission regular meeting on March 25, 2025. STAFF BRIEFING 2. Staff briefing regarding an introduction and an overview of the Office of Equity and Inclusion by Dr. Lindsey Wilson, Director, Office of Equity and Inclusion and Shafina Khaki, Human Rights Officer, Office of Equity and Inclusion. DISCUSSION ITEMS 3. Update from the Joint Inclusion Committee representative on the work of the committee during the last two meetings. 4. Presentation regarding Know Your Rights, Annie Fierro, Workers Defense Action Fund. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEM 5. Conduct officer elections for the Chair and Vice Chair.
