ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION MOTION 20240904-003 Date: September 4, 2024 RATIONALE: Subject: 200 E Riverside Planned Unit Development (PUD) (C814-2023-0057) Motion by: Jennifer Bristol Seconded by: Colin Nickells WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the applicant is requesting a Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the site is located in Urban Watershed and Lady Bird Lake and East Bouldin Creek Watersheds; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes that staff recommends this planned unit development. THEREFORE, the Environmental Commission recommends the 200 E Riverside Planned Unit Development with the following conditions: Staff Conditions: 1. 2. 3.
