The Interstate Highway 35 Capital Express Lady Bird Lake project runs along Interstate Highway 35 from Holly Street to State Highway 71/ Ben White Boulevard. An independent, third-party appraisal was procured to establish the fair-market valuation of the proposed acquisition. The appraisal supports the purchase price of $987,172.
