Additional Backup Information: This proposed acquisition is required to relocate various structures along the existing circuit 1015 to accommodate the Texas Department of Transportation’s expansion of Interstate Highway 35 as part of its Interstate Highway 35 Capital Express program. The Interstate Highway 35 Capital Express Lady Bird Lake project runs along Interstate Highway 35 from Holly Street to State Highway 71/ Ben White Boulevard. An independent, third-party appraisal was procured to establish the fair-market valuation of the proposed acquisition. The appraisal supports the purchase price of $987,172. The amount of the purchase price plus closing costs is not to exceed $993,392. Item 9
