Network Health as of 8/5/24 1.7% 12% 86.3% Available Faulted Unreachable Faulted – Hardware or Software issue detected at the time of report. Improve Underground Network Modeling Improve Austin Energy’s visibility of the downtown network model using GIS and ADMS. • Previous system updates provided new equipment visibility in GIS and ADMS. • GIS upgrade completed (July/August 2024) – currently in 6-month stabilization phase. Resiliency as a Service (RaaS) Program Providing resiliency and safety to customers and the community through a program that distributes the value of distributed generation assets across the customer base.
