Contractor will also relocate/install utilities and restore the creek with appropriate soils and plants. Construction Schedule: Construction began May 2023 and will be completed by the end of 2025. - Construction schedules are subject to change based on weather and other conditions. - Work will start at 4th Street with staging and access in Palm Park, continuing southward toward Lady Bird Lake.
