Discussion and possible action to recommend to City Council whether the project 5th and Trinity Hotel, located at 307 and 311 East 5th Street, complies with the Urban Design Guidelines for the City of Austin in accordance with Land Development Code § 25-2-586 (C)(1)(a)(ii). Discussion and possible action to recommend to City Council whether the project 708 E. 12th Street, located at 708 East 12th Street, complies with the Urban Design Guidelines for the City of Austin in accordance with Land Development Code § 25-2-586 (C)(1)(a)(ii).
