Rationale: Dear Honorable Mayor & City Council, This letter is to confirm the Design Commission’s support of the City of Austin EMS/Fire Station as presented to us. Our review found the following attributes: 1. Project is on track to achieve LEED Silver Certification, including on site solar. 2. Project is not subject to Subchapter E Design Standards.
