Josue Meiners Seconded By: Martha Gonzalez Motioned By: Recommendation: The City of Austin Design Commission recommends approval of the City of Austin Ullrich Water Treatment Plant project, located at 1000 Forest View Drive, as presented on February 24, 2020. Rationale: This letter is to confirm the Design Commission’s support of the City of Austin Ullrich Water Treatment Plant project, as presented to the body on February 24, 2020. Our review found the following: 1. This is an infrastructure project and therefore the City’s current design standards do not apply. 2. The project is not accessible to the public and will not have regular building users. 3. The building is designed to complement the existing buildings at on site.
