Henao-Robeldo – Stated that the Downtown Commission will be meeting Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Chairman D. Carroll – stated that the Joint Sustainability Committee will be meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 d. Appointment of Committee/Working Group members by Chair; M. Discussion of a letter to City Council regarding updating the Urban Design Guidelines (Vice-Chair M. Gonzalez); Urban Design Guidelines Commissioner A. Coleman made a motion for recommendation to distribute after the letter is signed by the chair; seconded by commissioner B. Frail. [7-0-0] a.
