3/9/2022 BYLAWS OF THE COMMUNITY TECHNOLOGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION ARTICLE 1. NAME. The name of the board is the COMMUNITY TECHNOLOGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE AND DUTIES.
