Chair Lyn Nance-Hendricks called the Construction Advisory Committee Meeting to order at 10:06 a.m. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance: Chair, Lyn Nance-Hendricks, Vice Chair Riley Drake, Ron Lord Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Michelle Dahlstrom, Bianca Medina- Leal, Jeffrey Musgrove, Candelario Vazquez, Calvin Williams PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL None APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Construction Advisory Committee Regular Meeting on July 9, 2024. The minutes from the meeting of 7/9/2024 were approved on Jeff Musgrove’s motion, Ron Lord second on as 8-0 vote. Benjamin Marchiony absent. 2. Director’s Report on Capital Delivery Services Project Updates The presentation was made by Eric Bailey, Capital Delivery Services STAFF BRIEFINGS DISCUSSION ITEMS Presentation by Stephnie Gharakhanian regarding County Wage Theft 3. Chair Lyn Nance-Hendricks adjourned the meeting at 10:39 a.m. without objection. The minutes were approved at the 10/8/2024 meeting on Jeff Musgrove’s motion, Vice Chair Riley Drake second on a 7-0 vote. Ron Lord and Bianca Medina-Leal absent. 1
