Chair Lyn Nance-Hendricks called the Construction Advisory Committee Meeting to order at 10:28 a.m. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance: Chair, Lyn Nance-Hendricks, Bianca Medina-Leal Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Michelle Dahlstrom, Riley Drake, Candelario Vazquez, Calvin Williams PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL None 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the minutes of the Construction Advisory Committee Regular Meeting on January 9, 2024. The minutes from the meeting of 1/9/2024 were approved on Riley Drakes’s motion, Bianca Medina-Leal second on a 6-0 vote. Ron Lord, Benjamin Marchiony, Jeff Musgrove absent. STAFF BRIEFINGS 2. Director’s Report on Capital Delivery Services Project Updates The presentation was made by Eric Bailey, Capital Delivery Services Presentation by Ivan Quinones regarding Bidding Process and Review of Bidder Experience DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 3. Chair Lyn Nance-Hendricks adjourned the meeting at 10:51 a.m. without objection. The minutes were approved at the 3/19/2024 meeting on Riley Drakes’s motion, Ron Lord second on a 6-0 vote.
