Ensure all construction site postings have the most up to date information. Exposures and Positive cases are reported to HR SPOC and PW Safety. Based on the nature of the exposure or positive result, PWD has established guidelines that conform to CDC guidelines for necessary quarantine. Projects with positive cases had crews removed from the site. Depending on the location the project and extent of infection, project may be required to shut down and undergo a thorough disinfection before additional work and/or visits can be done. • REQUIRED POSTINGS Public Works staff requires all contractors working on CIP projects to post Construction Jobsite Guidelines from APH and monitors compliance with recommendations CITY OF AUSTIN PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT CONNECTING YOU ALL AROUND AUSTIN
