Each year, we must prepare a reapplication for funds via the Annual Action Plan, further detailing the use of those funds in alignment with progress and community feedback. To be sure we are receptive to the needs of those we are serving, we conduct an annual Needs Assessment and incorporate that feedback in the AAP. At the end of every FY, we prepare the CAPER, a report detailing the progress toward our goals.
