Case Number: CL 2019-088182 Property address: 2303 Bendridge Trail/ Owner: Maria De La Luz Rocha Staff presenter: Farah Presley Previous Commission action: Order TRV 2020015650, issued January 22, 2020, for repair within 89 days with $50/week penalty thereafter. Staff recommendation: Issue Order for repair of fire-damaged residential structure. Supersede prior repair order TRV 2020015650, issued January 22, 2020. Keep penalties from prior order in place. DISCUSSION ITEMS 9. Discussion regarding the planning and drafting of the Annual Internal Review Report, which includes a statement of the Commission’s mission, actions taken to support that mission, and the Commission’s goals and objectives for the coming year. 10. Discussion regarding resource binder to be used for reference by the Commission at their public meetings.
