BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Date: September 23, 2020 The Building and Standards Commission (BSC) convened remotely via video conference for a regular meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. CALL TO ORDER Chair Freiburger called the Commission Meeting to order at 6:43 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Commissioner Elizabeth Mueller moved to approve the minutes from the September 23, 2020 regular meeting, seconded by Vice Chair Pablo Avila. Commissioner Mueller abstained from voting. The August meeting minutes were approved on a 10-0-1 vote. Commissioner Green abstained from the vote.
