SPECIAL CALLED MEETING of the BOND OVERSIGHT COMMISSION October 18, 2022, 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Austin City Hall, Boards and Commissions Room 1101 301 W 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78701 Some members of the Bond Oversight Commission may be participating by videoconference. The meeting may be viewed online at: http://www.austintexas.gov/page/watch-atxn-live. Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. Our Goals The mayor and council shall work with the commission to set priorities and goals for each new bond issue to be submitted to the voters. The commission shall advise the council on proposed bonds and the implementation of projects approved in bond elections. Our Mission The commission shall monitor the city manager's plans relating to the issuance of bonds and the implementation of projects approved in bond elections, including the review of future potential bonds, the annual appropriation of bond funds, and any changes in the amount of bond funds issues or cash commitments made.
