In support of Texas VegFest Tara Notvest – Vegan food festival coming to Austin in 2025, Seed Food and Wine Festival. Board Member Mark Bethell motioned to approve the meeting minutes from the Regular Meeting on October 21, 2024, with Board Member Matt Simon, seconding the motion. Minutes passed on an 12-0 vote. 2.
