The minutes from the Asian American Quality of Life Advisory Commission regular meeting on June 16, 2026 were approved on Vice Chair Thakkar’s motion, Commissioner Moledina’s second on a 10- 0 vote. The creation of a Budget working group to provide recommendation(s) for the next budget cycle was approved on Commissioner Huang’s motion, Commissioner Bhanot’s second on a 12-0 vote. Commissioners Purohit and Xiyi Chen were absent. WORKING GROUP UPDATES 9. Update from the AARC working group regarding updates from the July workgroup meeting. The update was given by Commissioner Huang.
