The Report summarizes the previous calendar month each month and is intended to be delivered with the invoice. For help or issues with this report, please contact RDA@emancipet.org • • • • • • • • • • • Patients - A unique pet as determined by the patient's ID number. Some patients may visit multiple times within a calendar month. Clients - A unique client as determined by the client's ID number. Some clients may visit with multiple pets within a calendar month. Billed Clients - A client that has visited Emancipet Free Day operations and reported an address located within City of Austin limits or Travis County limits. Clients outside of this boundary are not included in this report. Overflow - Services for clients conducted at Emancipet Brick and Mortar locations after the client has obtained an Overflow coupon at a Free Day location. Free Day - Services conducted at locations around Austin on the Emancipet Free Day vehicle. Spay/Neuter (S/N) - Services conducted in association with a spay or neuter procedure. Healthy Pet Services (HPS) - Services conducted in association with a preventative wellness check. Percentage of Total Billed By Type - The percentage of dollars billed that month associated with services provided via Spay/Neuter or Healthy Pet Services. Overflow Patient Wait Times - The wait time (in days) between an overflow client receiving their overflow voucher at a Free Day location, and getting their overflow Spay/Neuter at a Brick and Mortar clinic location in the Emancipet network. % of Clients Geocoded - The percentage of clients invoiced that month where their address as collected could be geocoded with high reliability. Clients cannot be geocoded occasionally due to address miss-spellings, incorrect information, or other reasons for poor matching. % of Overflow Vouchers Matches - The % of Overflow Vouchers redeemed in Brick and Mortar Clinics that could be tied to an Overflow Voucher distributed. Relies on automatic matching of patient names, client emails and voucher documentation. Miss-matches may occur due to human data entry errors (miss-spellings, poor documentation) or other reasons.
