Approve the minutes of the Animal Advisory Commission Regular Meeting on August 11, 2025. The motion to approve the minutes of the Animal Advisory Commission Regular Meeting on August 11, 2025, was approved on Commissioner Norton’s motion, Commissioner Ferguson’s second on a 9-0 vote. The motion to approve the Animal Advisory Commission Annual Internal Review as amended below was approved on Commissioner Norton’s motion, Commissioner Ferguson’s second on a 9-0 vote. Commissioners Dulzaides and Huddleston were absent. The amendment was to insert “from the public” to the sixth bullet point of the 1st question, to insert “many of” to the second question. Approve an update to the membership of the Strategic Plan Working Group. The motion to add community members Shelly Leibham and Pat Valls-Trelles to the Strategic Plan Working Group was approved on Vice Chair Linder’s motion, Commissioner Norton’s second on a 9-0 vote. Commissioners Dulzaides and Huddleston were absent.
