Speakers may only register to speak on an item once, either in-person or remotely, and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Discussion and possible action regarding Family Connects in Response to the Resilient ATX Resolution. E. Discussion and possible action on a recommendation for a joint initiative by the City and County to create a downtown mental health diversion program. F.
