Discussion and possible action regarding Funding for Healthcare Navigation and Liaison Programs Benefiting Austin’s Immigrant Communities. D. Discussion and possible action regarding Family Connects in Response to the Resilient ATX Resolution. E. Discussion and possible action on a recommendation for a joint initiative by the City and County to create a downtown mental health diversion program.  F.
