Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation to require certified ASL interpreters to be dispatched onsite with deaf survivors. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation on the Downtown Commission's position on the use of scooters in the downtown areas and its impact on people with disabilities. 7.
