Approve the minutes of the Urban Renewal Board’s (URB’s) regular-called meeting on November 18, 2024 On Commissioner Watson’s motion, Commissioner Davis’s second, the November 18, 2024, minutes were approved on a 5-0-0 vote, Commissioner Kobla Tetey was off the dais.
