Chair Manuel Escobar called the Urban Renewal Board meeting to order at 6:14 p.m. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance: Chair Manuel Escobar, Commissioner Kobla Tetey, Commissioner Danielle Skidmore, Commissioner Amit Motwani, and Commissioner Jacqueline Watson were present. Ten percent of the residential units will be reserved to be sold to households at or below 80% of the median family income (MFI) for the Austin-Round Rock area. The project is under construction with an estimated project completion time in Summer 2020.
