Public comment will be allowed via telephone; no in-person input will be allowed. All speakers must register in advance by Sunday, May 17, 2020, by NOON. All public comment will occur at the beginning of the meeting. Discussion and possible action authorizing the negotiation and execution of an amendment extending the expiration date to September 30, 2020, to the License Agreement with Diverse Arts Culture Works for the properties located at 1106, 1112 and 1114 East 11th Street and 1109 Juniper Street.
