Chair Ryan Puzycki called the SMALL AREA PLANNING JOINT COMMITTEE meeting to order at 11:34 a.m. Commissioners in Attendance: Ryan Puzycki, Chair Christian A Tschoepe Brian C Bedrosian Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Nadia Barrera-Ramirez Danielle Skidmore Note that Christian A Tschoepe was listed as Vice Chair on this meeting’s agenda in error. Casey Haney is the Vice Chair of the SAPJC. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL None present. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the SMALL AREA PLANNING JOINT COMMITTEE REGULAR Meeting on WEDNESDAY, March 10, 2026. The minutes from the SMALL AREA PLANNING JOINT COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING on WEDNESDAY, March 10, 2026, were approved on Commissioner Christian A Tschoepe’s motion, Commissioner Nadia Barrera-Ramirez’s second on a 5-0 vote. Commissioner Luis D Osta Lugo and Commissioner Casey Haney were absent. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 1 2. Discussion and possible action on a recommendation on case number C814-2008- 0087.02, South Shore PUD Addition. The motion to approve the recommendation to Council on case number C814-2008- 0087.02 was approved on Commissioner Danielle Skidmore’s motion, Commissioner Casey Haney’s second on a 5-0 vote. Commissioner Luis D Osta Lugo and Commissioner Casey Haney were absent. Chair Ryan Puzycki adjourned the meeting at 11:52 a.m. without objection on a 5-0 vote. 2
