Congress PUD - Rezoning in Waterfront Overlay (C814-89-0003.02). The Applicant is proposing to amend the existing PUD ordinance to modify the permitted land uses and site development regulations. The Committee will review the proposed rezoning request from planned unit development-neighborhood plan (PUD-NP) to planned unit development-neighborhood plan (PUD-NP) in the South Shore subdistrict of the Waterfront Overlay.
