CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first three speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of minutes from the February 6, 2018 regular Small Area Planning Joint Committee meeting. 3. OLD BUSINESS a. None 4. NEW BUSINESS a. SPC-2012-0104D – R4 (2338 Columbus Drive) — Discussion and review of a proposed site plan for a new maintenance barn at Zilker Park within the Waterfront District. (Discussion and/or Possible Action) 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. None 2 6. STAFF BRIEFINGS a. Update on the Development of the North Lamar Imagine Austin Corridor Plan Pilot — Staff will provide an overview of the North Lamar Imagine Austin Corridor Plan Pilot process.
