Commissioner Greenberg called the Small Area Joint Planning Committee Meeting to order at 11:40 a.m. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance: Betsy Greenberg, Vice Chair Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Commissioners Nadia Barrera-Ramirez, Ryan Puzycki, and Danielle Skidmore attended remotely. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL No one signed up for public communication. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Small Area Planning Joint Committee meeting on March 19, 2025. The minutes from the meeting of March 19, 2025 were approved on Commissioner Puzyckis motion, Commissioner Barrera-Ramirezs second, on a unanimous vote. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 2. Discussion and possible action related to the election of a new Chair. Commissioner Greenberg moved to postpone the election of a new Chair until a full committee is seated with a second by Commissioner Barrera-Ramirez, on a unanimous vote. 3. Discussion and recommendation on case number C814-2008-0165.01, 222 East Riverside Drive, East Riverside Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment #1 requesting rezoning from planned unit development, neighborhood plan (PUD-NP) to planned unit development, neighborhood plan (PUD-NP) to change conditions of zoning, modify development standards and City regulations, and amend conditions of the East Riverside PUD.
